AGM 2026
Annual General Meeting of the Arun-Adur Group of the Ramblers Association
Saturday 7th November 2026 – Ferring Village Hall, Ferring St, Ferring BN12 5JP 2.30pm – 4.30pm
The 2026 AGM will be held at Ferring Village Hall. All paid up members are invited to attend. Refreshments will be served after the meeting, followed by a presentation from the Wey and Arun Canal Trust.

Committee Members
- Chair - Stuart Clarkson is standing down from the post at the end of this AGM
- Groups representative link with the Sussex Area Committee - Babette Berry has stood down
All other elected members of the committee are willing to stand for re-election:
- Secretary - Karyn Prowen – who will continue until the start of the new year
- Treasurer – Tim Baldwin
- Membership Secretary – Lesley Johnston
- Walks Organiser – Kate Melville-Brown
- Andy Fort - Webmaster
- John Barnes – who will be appointed as Chair at the conclusion of the AGM
- Kevin Jephson – ex officio
Continuing committee members have been formally proposed and seconded by paid up members of Arun-Adur Ramblers and those seeking re-appointment will offer themselves for service for a further year, subject to agreement of those attending.
Nominations are therefore sought for:
- Secretary – from the start of 2027
