Annual General Meeting of the Arun-Adur Group of the Ramblers Association
Saturday 8 th November 2025 – Ferring Village Hall, Ferring St, Ferring BN12 5JP 2.30pm –
5.00pm

The 2025 AGM will be held at Ferring Village Hall. All paid up members are invited to attend.
Refreshments will be served after the meeting, followed by a training meeting for our Walk
Leaders and any members interested in becoming one.

Committee Members
Neil Clark – Secretary is standing down from the post at the end of this AGM
Min Morgan – Social Secretary is standing down from the post at this AGM
Gavin Faulkner – Webmaster is standing down from the post at the end of this AGM

All the other elected members of the committee are willing to stand for re-election:
Chair – Stuart Clarkson
Treasurer – Tim Baldwin
Membership Secretary – Lesley Johnston
Walks Organiser – Kate Melville-Brown
Karyn Prowen – has been attending committee meetings throughout the year and is willing to
stand for election as Secretary

John Barnes will continue as an ex officio member
Babette Berry will continue as the Groups link with the Sussex Area Committee

All existing committee members have been formally proposed and seconded by paid up members
of Arun-Adur Ramblers and those seeking re-appointment will offer themselves for service for a
further year, subject to agreement of those attending.
